The continued spread of Coronavirus (COVID-19) in Canada and around the world has understandably raised concerns for you and your families. At Pro-Am Motorsports, the well being of our valued customers and employees is of deepest concern to us. We want you to now that your safety will remain our top priority as this situation continues to evolve.
We continue to monitor the situation closely and are following the latest guidance from local, provincial, and federal health authorities, to ensure that our practices are aligned with the latest recommendations.
We understand your concerns during this time, therefore we are taking additional steps to keep our store safe for you and our employees. We have increased deep cleaning in our store, which includes sanitizing multi touch surfaces, door handles, pin pads, screens, desks, chairs, reception areas, parts and service counters, and washrooms. Hand sanitizer, disinfectant spray, and wipes are available in store for use by both employees and customers.
Pro-Am Motorsports is committed to being here for you. To encourage social distancing, we have modified our hours of operation to Tuesday thru Friday 9 AM- 5PM, and Saturday 9AM to 4PM, closed on Mondays. We can be reached at 403.277-0099 directly during those hours. You can also reach us via email contact thru our website at www.pro-am.ca , and as always have the ability to order parts, oil, garments and accessories online from the comfort of your internet connected surroundings. From the service department perspective, to keep the workflow thru the shop, we will also continue to pick up and deliver your powersports products requiring maintenance, scheduled service, warranty work, factory recalls, oil changes, brakes and tires, enabling you to be prepared to ride. Our factory trained technicians are required to wear disposable gloves, and multi touch points on units will be disinfected accordingly by our pick up and delivery driver, who is equipped with sanitizing wipes, spray, and a facemask to foster social distancing while providing this unique service.
